If you switch to it and have no experience with it, a few trivial notes: 1. It smells. You will think you have a massive fuel leak at all times. You get used to it eventually, but it's an odd sensation the first week or so. 2. Cold idle, especially with big injectors, sucks. Like may or may not stall sucks. Twin disc clutches, cams, and other things will make it even worse. 3. Keep an eye on your boost gauge/controller for the first week or so. The amount of exhaust energy on that fuel is insane. We will have a car tuned at a solid 15psi on pump, and with no changes at all, it will jump to 18psi on E85. If you're tuned fairly aggressive, keep that in mind. 4. Be mindful of your fuel level. It for quick. Between the need for 20-30% more to be used, it's so fun you'll drive with boost more. 5. It condensates like a bastard. You'll have a puddle in no time. Combine that with the raw fuel smell, and you get all kinds of paranoid the first week. 6. Enjoy it, then kick yourself for not switching sooner.
